I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Very nice, non-backstabbing people, lots of upward mobility, fun company and team events, stable company, great training. This company working here for a few years looks great on any resume.

Cons

It's average pay, mostly phone roles, it feels sometimes like there are not enough representatives on the phone to handle all the calls coming in back to back. Most roles are very structured.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management here actually does a great job, they really coach you to success.

    Pros

Supportive Management. Excellent Training Program. Great Benefits. Consistant Feedback. Career advancement opportunities are available for those who put in the work. Flexibility is key to being successful.

    Cons

Managers can sometimes overlook hard-workers. Some shifts are late since the TEM department is open until midnight. The environment is constantly changing (may be a good thing for some).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For upper management: Taking the time to interact with lower management and team members on a regular basis is a good morale builder - so keep it up.
