High intensity

Financial Representative (Former Employee)
Westlake, TX

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for less than a year

ProsGreat integrity. You can leave personal items out among hundreds of people and not worry about theft. Many intelligent people. Great benefits.

ConsHuge on metrics. You must stay within a few minutes of an ever changing schedule. No face to face time with clients. A call center for promotion after promotion. Very few investor centers so chances of working in one are not great.

Advice to Senior ManagementExplain to prospective employees that the entire career for a financial advisor is a call center situation.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
