Pros

Great benefits (401k match, tuition reimbursement, fitness expense reimbursement, computer purchase reimbursement).

Cons

Once you work at a call center, it's hard to transition to a position outside of the call center. Old boys club culture.

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Steady work. Great retirement.

    Cons

Heavy middle management that has too much power. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Plays favorites. Review process is a joke. Moving up or lateral takes forever if possible at all, unless you have some kind of relationship with the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Limit the amount of Directors and Managers ratio to employees. Listen and take action on employee surveys on how they feel they are being treated.
