ProsExcellent compensation and benefits. great use of new technology

ConsBudget cutting, near shoring and off-shoring has resulted in most technology jobs being moved out of Boston. Middle management up to senior VP level has no input on strategies so it leads to bad morale. The remaining Boston tech groups are just waiting for there turn to be moved
