    Pros

Good Medical Benefits Good 401k Plan with matching contributions Some positions have good work/life balance

    Cons

You will most likely be doing the work of 2-3 people due to wave after wave of layoffs Outsourcing is on the rise, making it more difficult to move around the company.

  2. Learned a lot, hate being on the phones.

    Pros

You get to learn about a lot of the rules in the industry. Pretty good training, and very extensive. They have flexible schedules and working 4 days a week at 10 hours a day is a perk.

    Cons

Phone center with nearly no time to breathe between calls. Can get pretty tedious towards the end of a 10 hour shift.

    Advice to Management

If you're wondering why employee turnover is so high, it's because you overwork and underpay compared to the industry.
