I worked at Fidelity Investments

Pros

Very reasonable working hour, friendly people, good pay. Benefit is very good.

Cons

As a designer you may don't have too much chance to explore your creativity. It's not a good place for beginners, your career may be limited.

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than a year

    Pros

good benefits, they paid for lunch several times.

    Cons

It's a call center!!!! If you think there's the slightest chance you wouldn't mind working in a call center, even if there are good benefits, think again! This. Job. Sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit and find a new job because you are the blind leading the blind, regurgitating the propaganda which you get from your supervisor to those who are below you.
