    Flexible work options, new campus, 1-1 match up to 6% on 401k, profit sharing each year

    Cons

    Areas have poor, indecisive leadership. Benefits expensive, constant reorgs, low career growth, execs out of touch with the masses

    Get a strategy and stick to it. Value your employees before they leave.

    Pros

    good benefits, they paid for lunch several times.

    Cons

    It's a call center!!!! If you think there's the slightest chance you wouldn't mind working in a call center, even if there are good benefits, think again! This. Job. Sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit and find a new job because you are the blind leading the blind, regurgitating the propaganda which you get from your supervisor to those who are below you.
