Awesome place to work with thoughtful long term diversified strategy

Vice President (Current Employee) Merrimack, NH

ProsExcellent bonus structure. Never missed the annual bonus.. ever.. Huge 401K benefits package. You have to experience the 401K benefits to believe it. High performers get private company shares which are worth A LOT over time. This company does not think short-term both in their strategy as well as in their benefits & compensation structure. Apart from benefits, the company culture and treatment of employees is genuine in nature. Company strives for people to move around & encourages it. So, you are not stuck doing one this for a long time.

ConsPromotions might be very hard to get due its flat structure, but compensation overall is good given its broad base. Things will get frustrating because it is slower to move on important things, but its understandable in any large company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Consistent… Cons: Long tenure in many areas limit promotion opportunities. Salary less than some competitors (but offset by benefits). Management positions tend to be stretched thin, so expect… Advice to Senior Management: Continue to rotate management and consolidate similar operations and business functions. Continue customer focus. Reward the long-term employees who stuck through the 2008-2012… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Overall Fidelity is a good company to work for, however not all departments are run the same.

Pros: Fidelity pays well and has great benefits, including generous time off and provides a year-end bonus based… Cons: Upper management does not always recognize problems that may be in the department. An… Advice to Senior Management: Look beyond the "favorites" and see who is really providing… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
