I worked at Fidelity Investments

Pros

Fidelity has a reputable brand and an excellent suite of products and services for its clients. I never hesitated to tell others that I worked for Fidelity. Additionally, I felt confident representing the company to clients, as I knew that the company did things the right way for its clients.

Cons

Some find the entry-level jobs tough to get past, although in certain years a talented rep moves very quickly past them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the focus and leadership- the company is headed in the right direction. Consider small things that could be done to improve the company culture and to reward success, like giving team managers more than $100-$150 a month to reward and incent their teams.

I have been working at Fidelity Investments

    Pros

The branch environment is exciting and action packed. You will never be bored. Hard work is usually rewarded the cream rises to the top. Great benefits and company tends to always be heading in the right direction.

    Cons

The company demands more and more from its employees. Current head of branches has never worked in a branch and is very condescending and unappreciative at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on a few things and do them well not on everything. Employees are on the edge of how far they can be pushed right now.
