I worked at Fidelity National Financial full-time

    Pros

No Pros that I could think of apart from salary that had been offered (after showing a counter offer) was good

    Cons

    1. No Management. Managers here do not have any technical background, so do not expect them to listen to your technical problems. If you are joining as a fresher you would probably having a bad start to your career. If you are joining as a lateral entry, managers would make sure your future career will be dead 2. No Policies. Whatever HR and managers decide at last moment for you, that becomes a policy and you can not raise your voice as people do not have any work and are only busy with playing politics 3. Bad facilities. Pantry is very small and no Fan or exhaust provided inside. You probably end up breathing more smoke than air. Only Tea is available and the food quality is beyond imagination 4. As per your offer letter, you are entitled to take 30 leave. But again, you can not take any leave as your managers will never approve any leave for you. 5. Your performance will depends on which state you belong and what language you speak 6. No perks (Food or cabs) for over time. I could list down many more.. But only suggests not to join this company

    Advice to Management

Leads, Managers, Senior Managers, VP, HRs please learn some office manners and hire candidates only if you have that quality work. Respect all employee and do not act like Indians are slave to your clients.
