I have been working at Fidelity National Financial

Pros

Fidelity is a very large company and employees hundreds if not thousands of people. They are always fair with their employees and encourage autonomy.

Cons

In my particular field, there are no yearly reviews or raises. I have to depend on commission to make a decent amount of money. They have changed our benefits package so much that I have to pay exhorbitant amounts out of pocket for anything more than a runny nose.
Cut out the discrimination.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more feedback and employee recognition. Offer yearly reviews. We want to know what you think of our job performance more than just one time when a customer takes the time to let management know we've done a good job.

I worked at Fidelity National Financial

    Pros

I got to work at a company that was willing to spend plenty of money to be competitive, and it was a great learning experience.

    Cons

The company doesn't seem to really care about the people who work there. There is a lot of politics involved at Fidelity - so to move up you have to play the game.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to introduce better benefits, promote people on performance, not politics, and give them a better idea of how to do a better job. Positive reinforcement for achievement would be nice.
