Pros

I have an excellent boss - supportive, focused, and very, very helpful. This allows me to focus on supporting my team; recruiting and retaining the right people, providing coaching and training, and getting the necessary technical resources to make us successful.

We also have a great product and service that is fully supported by our division from the top down.

Cons

FNIS is a really big company, and our division is a small part with a newer product not part of the core services. It is easy to get lost in the shuffle and it takes time to learn how and who gets things done.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to communicate and to continue the process of building the team. With so many acquistions and changes, senior management can never over communicate.
