I worked at Fidessa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Excellent health benefits in the U.S. locations (think 5 co-pays). This is due to some carryover with the healthcare laws and policies in the UK.

    - Lots of interesting work to tackle. Software is always changing, and there are several customized versions for clients in the mix.

    Cons

Can't really say. My experience there was really positive.

I have been working at Fidessa

    Pros

A good amount of leeway in terms of making your own time, as long as you put your hours in management is happy. You can learn a whole lot about the industry by working here

    Cons

Lowball pay, especially for newer employees. Also structured in such a way that it's very hard to negotiate a raise come review time. Be prepared to hear "SMART goals" alot.

    No opinion of CEO
