Fiesta Mart Employee Review

I have been working at Fiesta Mart

Pros – Some Job positions , pay better than others.
In some positions you can set your own schedule.
It is still a semi small company to work for.
If you impress certain people at the coporate office , you usually can get by with doing anything you want.

Cons – Communication with coporate.
( Buddy system ) It's who you know , are related to , or married to , that will make it a better possibility for moving up the company ladder.
Some in the Coporate Office act like they are scared you will take their job ,if you know to much, or quiestion them.
 The insurance at Fiesta is not very good if you have a major health promblem. You have a $1,000 deductable? and you pay 20% of the total hospital or Doctor bill , and 20% of your meds after you meet your deductable , Family deductable ? OUCH.

Advice to Senior Management – Better communication from coporate.
Better insurance , even if we have to pay higher premiums.
Change the feeling of Coporate & Management favoritism (spelling ?)
