Benefits (Health Insurance, 401K, vacations)

Cons

When you work in a management position they don't have consideration on how many hours work a week. (you need to work sometimes 13 to 14 hours a day)

You need to be liked by the Regional in order for you to progress in the company.

    Very flexible with scheduling part time employees
    Wonderful Branch manager

    Policies change constantly
    Focus too much on sales rather than employee
    Hard to sell in current economy

    Create an environment that people feel comfortable in and realize that your employees matter too. It's not always about customers and sales goals!
