I worked at Fifth Third full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Was able to move up and around within the company.
Had some amazing co-workers and managers.

    Cons

Fifth Third undervalues and underpays (while overworking) its employees.
Loyalty is not valued, but "who you know" is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Live the values you purport to believe. I felt that many of the 5/3 values were simply for show (they looked good) but were not lived. Leadership trickles down.
