I worked at Fifth Third full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good job for Part-Timers. Stable company. Good health benefits.

    Cons

Do not value employees (especially managers). There are a lot of people in the wrong position. No structure or consistency behind what makes for a successful performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your managers. Build standard performance standards for hourly employees around attendance, punctuality and performance that the managers can use. Stop chasing widgets.
