Under paid and under valued with an unreachable sales goal

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)

I worked at Fifth Third full-time for more than a year

Pros-Some of the coworkers are easy to get along with
-some customers are nice but they are very few

Cons-rude customers
-disorganized management
-people always trying to get of doing work and it falls on you
-always understaffed
-stressful to maintain safety and procedures when all the upper management pushes sales, sales, sale
-sales pressure and expectation is exaggerate
-few opportunities to move up from a CSR
-place gets depressing very quickly
-high turnover rate

Advice to Senior Managementhelp your staff achieve goals, don't just yell and pressure into high goals and expect for underpaid employees to work to the bone so you can make your quarterly bonus.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
