    I worked at Fifth Third full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Some of the coworkers are easy to get along with
    -some customers are nice but they are very few

    Cons

    -rude customers
    -disorganized management
    -people always trying to get of doing work and it falls on you
    -always understaffed
    -stressful to maintain safety and procedures when all the upper management pushes sales, sales, sale
    -sales pressure and expectation is exaggerate
    -few opportunities to move up from a CSR
    -place gets depressing very quickly
    -high turnover rate

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    help your staff achieve goals, don't just yell and pressure into high goals and expect for underpaid employees to work to the bone so you can make your quarterly bonus.

    Hours are great
    Customers are great

    They do not practice what they preach.
    Scared to hold people accountable.
    Poor leadership
    Part time employees are treated terrible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get corporate people out in the field ( unannounced ).
    Hold employees accountable ( fair and consistent ).
    Lead by example
    Check into why turnover is so high in Brighton, Howell areas
