Good benefits. Nice People. The bank is innovative and provides ample training to prepare employees.

Cons

Training mentioned above is removing individuality from the company. Company is also cutting costs in any way it can.

    Too much of a numbers driven company that people will do unethical practices to move up and it's real easy to become burned out.
