The company really takes care of you. They are constantly making sure things are running smoothly and asking for employee input on how to make things even better.

Cons

Can't say I faced any real negatives while working at this job the whole year I was employed.

    Lots of growth opportunity, family and work life balance, provides all tools to be successful at your job, and always challenging employees

    Cons

    low pay scale, not informative when changes are happening and why, always changing positions and management. Training when a new initiative is introduced. tending to always have the cart before the horse.

    frequent changes happening, keeping your employees in the "know" should be a priority.
