“Great Experience, Great Opportunities, Low Pay...”
I worked at Fifth Third
Pros – Fifth Third Bank is a great place to launch a career. You are able to learn many facets of the banking industry, with an industry leader. Very professional organization and conservative values.
Cons – The compensation is low. For the work required and demanded of you, the pay is minimal in comparison to the industry averages.
Advice to Senior Management – I believe the leadership is generally going in the right direction. I believe that it is important for management to not lose sight of the people behind the hard work required.
