    Pros

have to see the regulatory process to really "get it" - also great training courses - a pretty generous budget and wide range of subjects allow you to build your skill set

    Cons

far too close to the political wheel - too many incentives for management to bash staff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

management is not interested in advice
