It has been a great place to work.

ProsThe job is not difficult or strain you too much. The customers are generally nice, if you bring back what they are needing.

ConsThe pay is not as high as it should be. You don't make very much commission, because most shoes are less that 80 dollars and you only make one percent commission.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't get too comfortable with your job. Many managers slack off and the other employees work harder than they do. You're not irreplaceable, and one day a sales associate will replace you.
