Pros

Great company to work if in a local office. True that MGMT is not aware of field office operations. Great Support

Cons

No Clue to what is going on in the industry. Technology from the dark ages. Too much flip flopping. Not decisive.

Advice to Senior Management

Get Real people in the ivory tower. Come see what it is like in cubilce and see what employees go through. I think you call it "Day in a life".
