    Pros

Great training and understanding of many departments. Exceptional service training

    Cons

BM and ABM seem to constantly be hired from outside and never fit for the job- many existing employees are more qualified yet never promoted- too often the BM and ABM positions seem to get away with anything, while their employees do all the leg work, and they then take the credit(not all managers but too many)

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within
Senior mngmt- please Hold your managers accountable for the same personal responsibility that they hold their employees- the quickest way to create animosity is allowing the leader to slack off while everyone else busts their butt, time and time again
Try to keep existing bankers and get them to grow into mngmt positions
Fully staff the branches for safety and more effective environment
