First American – “Call Center”

Pros

The benefits are very good at First American. They try to plan fun things for their employees. It can be a very good company if you are in a stable position.

Cons

There is alot of favoritism.
There is not much of a work life balance.
Management in my department is rather jaded.

Advice to Senior Management

remember that employees do have a life outside of work. also understand that our familys are the reason that we are working here in the first place.
