Pros

They have great benefits which include stock options and 401(k).

Cons

Depending on which office you are in, the people can be very rude to new employees, being ignored or disrespected by other office employees is no way to keep people. (A simple Thank you, goes a long way.) Management has no idea of how to keep employee moral up by letting employees know that they are doing a good job.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to how your offices are run and how they all interact together. Make sure your managers have people skills.

    Pros

Great Benefits! Flexibe hours, Monday-Friday schedule.

    Cons

No room to grow. Non- management approval for tuition reinbursement. Goals are not set up to meet employees opportunities with the company. Morale is horrible in the Title Plant!

    Advice to Management

Let your employee grow with the company. Let your employee grow. Fix the morale!

    Pros

Most of the the people are great to work with...
    Decent pay.
The business side of the house is excellent... Except for HR.

    Cons

    HR is very unprofessional.
HR will tell you anything to get you to work there.
With the exception of the CIO, IT management lacks experience and knowledge of the current trends, are poor at managing/retaining good employees, and have bad soft skills.
Does not support training and education of IT employees.
Very political and does not promote based on merit but on who can kiss...
    IT is a revolving door...

    Advice to Management

Bring in an IT management consulting team to straighten out the mess.
Only hire and promote educated people who have earned the appropriate IT certifications to do the job. These people show ambition and drive.
