Some Managers have no people skills

I have been working at First American Title full-time for more than a year

ProsThey have great benefits which include stock options and 401(k).

ConsDepending on which office you are in, the people can be very rude to new employees, being ignored or disrespected by other office employees is no way to keep people. (A simple Thank you, goes a long way.) Management has no idea of how to keep employee moral up by letting employees know that they are doing a good job.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to how your offices are run and how they all interact together. Make sure your managers have people skills.

Bad Company to Work for IT Professionals

Pros: Most of the the people are great to work with... Decent… Cons: HR is very unprofessional. HR will tell you anything to get you to work there. With the exception of the CIO, IT management lacks experience and knowledge… Advice to Senior Management: Bring in an IT management consulting team to straighten out the mess.
