Pros

Mostly friendly, nice employees. Competitive medical benefits, 401k, vacation time.

Cons

If you should injure yourself on the job expect to be fired for some obscure, untruthful rumor. If you are hired by this company read your job description very carefully before you sign it as it will be held against you if you can not fulfill all items including lifting heavy items regardless of the reason. You will likely be fired if you cannot lift over 50 lbs even if you have been injured and can no longer lift this much per Dr orders. It is not unusual for this company to not give raises as promised, give miniscule raises or make pay cuts. Should you have to take extended time off do not be surprised to be replaced then fired when you return.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should have assistants. Give fair raises and pay should be competitive with the market. Managers need to stop listening to rumors which flow quite freely in this office.
