Current Employee – been working at First Command full-time for more than a year

Pros – First Command works with the military officers. They have a niche market in this sense and have good brand awareness. I would recommend this job to someone starting off in the industry.

Cons – A small company with little room to advance to corporate. That being said it is not a bad place to become a successful independent advisor.
