ConsIt had been over 15 years since I was employed at First Data, so I can't recall any 'cons' at the moment.

    Pros: * REALLY flexible schedule, but work has to be done no matter what. * Benefits: 401K match * Great tuition reimbursement program * Volunteer days, personal days… Cons: * Salary is not up to market standards.
