    Pros

    Overall First Data has great benefits. The company seems to encourage human growth among its employees. I love the fact that they have tuition reimbursment.

    Cons

    I am very dissatisfied with management of the buiding where I work. I'm not sure about other facilities but the people I work for seem very untrustworthy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not treat the people that work for you as if they were one person. We are all indivduals with different thoughts and needs.

    Pros

    Great benefits, good people, corporate atmosphere

    Cons

    Training program intense for newcomers, novices. Management overwhelmed with daily activities, not enough one on one time with new reps. Sales process not streamlined. Too much emphasis on computer input and admin work not pure selling and relationship building.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Send field trainers out in field first, Eliminate administrative duties associated with data entry. Take emphasis off of admin work and let sales people sell build and maintain relationships. Set up pure sales teams and account management teams for retention purposes.
