- You can take off relatively easy
- Office manager was competent
- The training program was actually pretty good

Cons

- You are required to make a certain amount of calls
- You have to stay late if you don't have enough appts
- You must attend a ridiculous amount of conf calls and sometimes have to go in early for them
- There is no base pay
- There are no benefits

Advice to Senior Management

- Allow the reps to actually "run their own business" like they are told during the interview process rather than making so many ridiculous rules
