Pros – The sky is the limit. There are senior executives with no college experience that started out at the very bottom of the company. The only thing stopping you in this company is yourself. If moving up in this company is not for you, many other banks and stores LOVE hiring from First National Bank and First Convenience Bank, due to the large amount of financial, customer service, product, and sales skills you will gain.

Cons – Until you reach a specialized officer or executive position, most of your job is based on aggressive sales goals. Pay is not competitive with other banks or stores such as Walmart or Target. Moving up here is about passion for the company; if pay is your concern, you can use it as a stepping stone into management.
