“used to be a good job”
Current Employee – been working at First National Bank of STL
Pros – the hours are good all weekdays no evening or sundays the customers are pleasant as well as the working environment
Cons – the management is very anxious and disrespectful and hurtful very inconsiderate to others. need to be a team player and not so consumed with self
Advice to Senior Management – Take the time to appreciate your staff before you lose them. be of help not a hinderence be considerate please
