First Transit Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at First Transit

Pros – It doesn't take even a monkey to complete the task, and all you do is make sure people are doing their tasks and you make more.

Cons – Every god damn thing. Poor Management. Horrible cliques. Everyone backstabs eachother to TRY to advance but in this company, advancement is something that MAY happen after 5-10 years of working for them. And the raises each year? ONE PERCENT RAISE!! But good news! Not based on performance.. It's just splitting it equally between you and joe schmo no matter who does a better job!

Advice to Senior Management – Fire the slackers, hire people that tend on working and bring a positive attitude to the work place. Enough said.
