    Pros

The small size of this company allows for access to management at most levels fairly easily. If you have a problem that you can't work out with your manager the next person is often in easy enough to contact. Fun and open company parties. The company also has some of the most friendly people one can ever hope to work with. As a company culture of steady growth, one isn't forced to constantly worry about their job if quotas are missed every now and again, but even the quota system is itself is easily attainable.

    Cons

As a smaller company, information is more easily shared and can put in you in an awkward position with other members of the company while potentially limiting your mobility or killing your career there. Thus, the trustworthiness of some lower level management can have its own limitations changing how whistle blowers approach solutions. The double edge sword of the company remains its size in the limitations of advancement. Several people have worked their entire lives only to remain in branch management which is good if that's all your looking for. Without a large corporate presence you should plan to remain where you are for a very long time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Admitting someone isn't qualified for their job is the first step to healing. Don't wait for low level managers to make mistakes that can trigger lawsuits and cost the company its good long standing reputation.

    Pros

the people and ease of job. i liked going to work and doing the same thing and dealing with the people there

    Cons

i thought management wasn't very generous when i wanted to take off. i also got in trouble alot because there were too many rules about passing out dumb flyers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be nicer to employees about not giving out return flyers, offer better days off. i liked the training, but other than that it was an ok experiance.
