I have been working at FirstCare Health Plans

Pros – You can speak to supevisors to senior managment, and express any issues, concerns, or suggestins and feel within a comfortable and personal level. Compassion and caring environemnt as well as helping achieve our goals to do the best job performance we can and reap the rewards of our bonus

Cons – hard to schedule time off as there is not ample people to cover shifts

Advice to Senior Management – more paid time off would be appreciated that can be scheduled and our personal hours and volunteer time was cut in half this year. since we do work in many strenuous due to all the changes it would be nice to have that extra time to recharge our batteries.
