    Pros

    Flexible work environment and good people to work with.Very good benefits since it's a part of a French Bank.

    Cons

    No career advancement. Do not expect to be trained or moved from one position to another. No rewards, no motivation.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in people, motivate instead of demoralize. Empower, move around and reward them. Show some enthusiasm so that the employees will show it too.

    Great people, overall quality of the individuals in the investment team is very high. employees are treated very respectfully, good benefits

    Cons

    Very poor senior management, lack of strategic direction, lack of accountability for senior managers who perform poorly, senior management should include a representative from the investment team

    Advice to Management

    improve the incentive structure so both senior and junior employees have the motivation to perform. reinstitute 360 reviews to make sure senior managers are aware of issues within teams.
