I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

Overall, the company promotes a very positive, healthy environment.

    Cons

In certain departments, management can be very negative and it trickles down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at some of the senior level management and talk to the individuals who work directly for them. Find out if they are micro managing and making the working environment very negative and stifling.

I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

Lots of opportunity division wide...leadership works hard at providing internal opportunities when local positions aren't available. Client focus is paramount.

    Cons

Too much critical work is off-shored. Off shore resources are not committed to our products or our customers. It takes twice the effort for us to deliver our products because we have to continually retrain the off-shore associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Conduct a serious assessment of the effectiveness of off-shore resources. Understandable that we have to do it because this is a corporate directive but perhaps we can help solve the problem.
