Pros – - great people who really want to deliver

Cons – - wrong people at wrong positions (how can you manage a group if you don't know anything about what they do or how they do their job?)
- focus on customers and their needs; not always how we can save money

Advice to Senior Management – Leadership is not taking what used to work and forcing it on people...leadership is taking your people to the next level by cultivating their strengths. Fiserv is NOT EDS...the old EDS ways will not work here
