I have been working at Fiserv

Pros

Pay is above average for industry with good compensation with good fringe benefits like time off as needed for family events and emergencies.

Cons

There is little or no communication on future job plans and any time away from the office is expected to be handled with outside work. If you are issued a handheld PDA you will be expected to work 24x7x365 even on holidays.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

CheckFree did not buy Fiserv, Fiserv bought CheckFree, yet when most events happen its CheckFree running the show and not Fiserv.

    Pros

    Work life balance,stability,good work culture

    Cons

    Not much to learn in new technologies, because most of the products are pre-developed and maintenance work is done majorly.

    Pros

    Salaries in sync with market standards, free cab facilities and food coupons, decent yearly hikes. Good work-life balance. Cooperative management for the most parts

    Cons

    Lack of quality work. Very limited opportunities to grow professionally, limited to no training facilities, no scope of diversifying profile.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should be willing to act towards implementing career development plans for employees. Should assign projects appropriate for resource profile and not just to backfill vacancies.
