Pros

Possible to get a good financial offer for a leadership role.

Cons

Too many unorganized, unethical, unprofessional practices and situations to name. By far the worst career experience. Would not recommend this company for any career choice especially management, director level, and above.

    Pros

Fiserv has, generally speaking, very sound senior management and a very good grasp of corporate governance that ensures that the company will never go too far out-of-whack.

    Cons

Fiserv grew out of acquisitions but has become much more of an integrated corporation since Jeff Yabuki took over for Les Muma. If you got caught up in all of the jockeying for positions, you will have found the environment to be more political and less functional.

    Pros

    Very diverse company, great benefits

    Cons

terrible training program, low pay, continual firings

    Advice to Management

Develop a unified training program for all new hires to acquaint them with all the aspects of the business. Follow this up with a specialized training program for their individual position. Hire in waves so their are multiple people going through training together and you don't have to re-explain things more often.
