Former Employee – worked at Fiserv full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Hardworking and talented colleagues made the workday enjoyable. Able to collaborate and work together to achieve goals, and many willing to pitch in and assist when an issue arises.

Cons – Lack of opportunity and pervasive attitude that you should be lucky you just have a job. Constant shuffling of people and positions makes everyone feel disorganized and frazzled. Half the time no one can even point you in the right direction. Poor job by management in structuring and communicating changes creates a toxic and political environment.

Advice to Senior Management – Management is too concerned about advancing themselves with no clue what's really happening. Would be beneficial to the company if you actually cared about your employees.
