I worked at Fiserv full-time for more than a year

Pay is very good for the Lincoln area. Well established company and leader in providing software for financial institutions across the globe.

It's kind of a sink or swim situation. Did not feel I had the support of my managers. Wait times for incoming phone calls is much too high. Morale is very low.

    I look great in orange??

1.) In the wake of past layoffs and liquidations of various centers, it seems hard to believe that this company really values their employees.
2.) They change their mind A LOT. e.g. acronyms are constantly changing, one week we have one 'standard' next week there is another.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to get organized, getting things done across business units or departments is a chaotic mess! Your organization model lacks coherency, efficiency and longevity (because it changes seems to change every couple of months). If you want areas to be affective, hire more people instead of piling extra tasks on people.
