Arrogant senior leadership that gets a hole in one and thinks it did it with skill (makes money despite itself).

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hillsboro, OR

ProsThe pay is decent, and if you are on the right team the job is stable. There are also some really good intelligent people that work at Fiserv.

ConsThe good intelligent people either get beat down by the poor decisions of the senior leadership, or they leave once they realize they can't make the company better. The health benefits are downright awful for a company that makes so much money.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe honest with yourself. Measuring failure and accepting it as normal is not a plan for success.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
