Good place to Start but very INCONSISTANT

Pros

Generous PTO package, Full benefits package available on day 1, Good range of shifts available. Free soda and (albeit, weak/lukewarm) coffee.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistant at best. One team's supervisor bends the rules one way, the other team's does not. Brown-nosing is at an all time high in this department (EFT). Temprature in the building is either way too hot or way too cold. Scheduling for breaks/lunches is done by computer in another state so breaks and lunches are always all over the place, particularly for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership: Find a happy medium and stick to it across the board for ALL employees. Dont bend the rules for one team (who will take advantage) and not another. Use compliments and praise and maybe your teams will work harder FOR you instead of against you. Do better drug testing, too many high/loaded employees in this department.

    Pros

    - Company will be the leader in financial technology

    - No plan for training and development of executives
    - Still working to grow into the shoes of a Fortune 500 company with organizational systems and processes
    - Heavy travel culture puts puts staff on the road frequently

    - Communicate a detailed vision to ensure complete organizational alignment

    Pay not competitive, Opportunity to move up in company not that good and is not well defined

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A lot of people are leaving the company because the pay for a .NET software engineer does not match well with the average pay for a .NET developer.
