Not a terrible place to work

ProsRight now, it's a job, but there is opportunity for growth and development

ConsToo much outsourcing and downsizing.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet's try and apply the PMO principles you guys always insist we need to follow but then throw out the window when the customer insists on a a rediculous target date for a project delivery.

    Can be good but very dependent on direct management.

    Reasonable hours in my division but product is never shipped. Not a good place if you like to get things done.
