I worked at Fiserv

Pros

Freedom and a relaxed corporate culture

Cons

Not enough territory or leads to make quota

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need more lead generation. Reps do not have enough opportunities in most territories. Territory allocation is highly unbalanced so a few will always succeed and most will fail.

I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

It seems Management, is taking the approach to establish a better quality of life and service for it's customers. The new format will be the new model for all business units.

    Cons

Although the past few years was no cake walk; Fiserv is heading in the right direction to improve technology across the board. Very open to open to new ideas and growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Speak your mind; be leaders, not followers..Lead by example!!!

I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

People are leaving. sometimes forced to. So cant think of any. Currently I'm doing 5 persons job

    Cons

    1.Low workforce
    2. More work.
    3.Low compensation
    4. Different units have different units. Heard some units have free breakfast, pizza and movies too. But we dont get those
    5. Too much process for everything.
    6. Too many Code of conducts to sign every year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There aren't any good ones left. If someone is about to do something they silently disappear from the company
