I have been working at Fiserv

    Pros

I am thankful to have a job, and my paychecks don't bounce
    I like my co-workers

    Cons

Mid level management numbers are growing way too fast....we need worker bees.
Corporate seems to think cutting employee benefits are the ONLY solution to acheiving 'the numbers'.
Salary and compensation over the past 4 years has been dreadful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't tell us how good the company is doing UNTIL it comes time for raises/bonuses, and THEN tell us 'sorry, we didn't make the numbers', and expect us to take it stride year after year. When the job market DOES improve, the most qualified will leave for greener pastures. Present thinking is extremely short-sighted.
